A very quaffable red wine, great with a relaxed dinner or for chilling on a winters evening. This wine not only pair beef, but also lamb, chicken & turkey, veal, and cured meats. Great vegetarian and vegan wine that complements dishes made with pulses and squashes, particularly if they are roasted.

Fruity red wine, with characteristic Sangiovese cherry and red fruit flavours. With a hint of tobacco. Fermented with wild yeasts and aged in large Slavonian oak casks that soften the tannins and add richness to the texture. This is a versatile foodie wine.
