English sparkling wine made like champagne from champagne grape varieties. “This is very exciting wine” is Jancis Robinsons verdict. Fruit flavours dominate (ripe apple, pear, citrus) with delicious fruity persistence on the finish. A hint of brioche on the nose translates into flavours of apple tart on the palate. Beautifully balanced, refreshing acidity and fine persistent bubbles.
