Which Wines Are Included

Giffords Hall LVII-XIX Pinot Noir 2021
Giffords Hall’s signature red wine has raspberry, plum, and black cherry on the nose, with bright raspberry flavours and a subtle oak finish. Fermented in barrel and left on the lees gives this English Pinot Noir a lovely texture.

Chateau Penin Les Cailloux 2018
This wonderful wine has ripe intense fruit, plum, blackberry and blueberry with vanilla and toast from 12 months in French oak barrels. Smooth and rich with good tannic and acidic structure makes this wine suitable for ageing for a further 5 years. Great depth of flavour and complexity, with a long finish.

Domaine de Tourelles Vieilles Vignes Cinsault 2019
This beautifully balanced wine has pronounced pure red fruit, dried strawberry, plum and raspberry. With its intense fruit, fine grained tannins, and high acidity this wine will age for another 3 to 5 years. Although we confess, we drink ours straight away.

Chateau Penin’s Les Cailloux is a rich complex Merlot, and a real foodie classic. With amazing depth of flavour and structure, it pairs beautifully with rich powerful foods. Enjoy at a dinner party or special occasion, treat yourself over a relaxed winter dinner. A wonderful wine. Domaine des Tourelles have made their outstanding red wine using 100% Cinsault from high quality grapes grown on 50-year-old vines which give this wine its intense fruit flavours.
